Property plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a notes section labelling distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
