The head of state traveled to meet with Ukrainian forces in the Pokrovsk area on Tuesday. Zelenskyy announced that he engaged with fighters at the command post of the initial brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine Azov, which is conducting a defensive operation in the Dobropillya zone, an urban center approximately a short distance from the city.

Volatile Circumstances in Pokrovsk

Recent mapping from a local initiative showed that invading troops had advanced deeper into Pokrovsk and nearby locations, though much of it remained beyond firm control by both forces. The situation remains critical, with updates indicating that Russian forces were fortifying positions and building up positions in various sectors.

Invading troops are making progress in the Pokrovsk front and are reportedly acting with increasing comfort within Pokrovsk itself.

Military experts noted that defense units had recaptured substantial territory of a Russian penetration in the Dobropillya front, on the eastern flank of the Pokrovsk operation.

National Drone Strikes Deep Inside Russian Territory

Kyiv's aerial vehicles struck a factory approximately 1,300km inside Russian territory at the city.
